Stefano Gallizioli

Stefano Gallizioli is an Italian designer and architect, born in Bergamo in 1964. After graduating in Industrial Design from the Politecnico del Design in Milan in 1986, he worked for a decade (1987–1997) at the studio of architect Antonio Citterio, gaining solid experience in design and interior architecture.

In 1997, he founded his own studio in Milan, focusing on product design and interior architecture projects. In 2003, together with Francesca Simen, he established Ang42, a studio working on residential and commercial projects both in Italy and internationally. In 2006, they opened an office in Dublin, where they developed several projects, including the headquarters offices of a multinational company in 2009.

Stefano Gallizioli’s design philosophy is based on a refined balance between functionality, essentiality, and aesthetic sensitivity, with a clear focus on formal coherence and material quality. An architect and designer with a solid background, also shaped by his long collaboration with Antonio Citterio, Gallizioli pursues a rigorous and pragmatic approach while remaining open to innovation.
