Yes, Collaborative Room is a free-standing product. Note: Wall-mounted compositions are also free-standing but can be placed against a wall.

The Collaborative Room is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system (VMC) that provides an air exchange of 240 m³/h. For the Phone Booth version, a ventilation system activated by a presence sensor ensures an airflow of 60 m³/h. In both cases, the air exchange is well above the minimum requirements set by UNI 10339 standards.

The Collaborative Room is a modular system available in increasing sizes. The smallest version, the Phone Booth 110×110 cm, is suitable for one person. The largest catalog version, the Collaborative Multiple 295×295 cm, can accommodate up to 8 people. As mentioned, thanks to its modularity (48 cm increments), it is possible to increase the size of the Collaborative Room and, consequently, its capacity.

We have certified the acoustic insulation characteristics of our pods according to UNI EN ISO 717-1 standards, achieving the following results:
COLLABORATIVE ROOM: Acoustic insulation from outside to inside: 26 dB. Acoustic insulation from inside to outside: 34 dB.
PHONE BOOTH: Acoustic insulation from outside to inside: 29 dB. Acoustic insulation from inside to outside: 40 dB.

The Collaborative Room is a plug-and-play system: once installed, you only need to connect a single power cable to activate all electrified systems. Each Collaborative Room has at least one removable internal panel that houses the 24V low-voltage electrical wiring. Suspended work surfaces, as well as any tables and seating, and the internal blank panels can be equipped with USB or AC/DC outlets for device charging and power supply.

The Collaborative Room is a plug-and-play system: once installed, you only need to connect a single power cable to activate all electrified systems.

All blank panels can be customized with fabrics and colors in different finishes, just like the internal furnishings. Check our finishes sheet for more information.

The Collaborative Room is a UL-certified product, having passed mechanical, stability, and electrical system tests at an international level. The internal ceiling can be prepared for the installation of fire sprinklers.
Note: The fire protection system must be certified and designed by an engineering firm according to the building code of the geographic area where the building is located.

All materials that make up the internal and external surfaces of the Collaborative Room are easy to sanitize: glass, aluminum, and fabric parts can be treated with alcohol-based solutions to eliminate germs and bacteria.

The Collaborative Room and Phone Booth are equipped with ceiling-mounted LED lighting. For the Phone Booth, the lights are activated by presence sensors, while for the Collaborative Room, they are controlled via remote. The remote also allows dimming, enabling brightness adjustment to suit individual visual needs. The lamps provide an average illuminance of 500 lux on the work surface.

The Collaborative Room is an ADA* compliant product and has been designed following the seven principles of Universal Design, so that the greatest number of people can have access to a high-performance, accessible workspace for meetings and collaboration. There are no ramps or raised profiles obstructing entry, and the internal space, appropriately furnished, allows easy movement within the room.

The Phone Booth and Collaborative Room are modular products: in addition to the “standard” sizes listed in the catalog, it is possible to design larger versions following the 48 cm increment.

The Collaborative Room therefore contributes to the LEED score for sustainable buildings, thanks to the materials it is made of. All components of the Collaborative Room can be sent for recycling once disassembled.
