OIL Design Lab is a Milan-based design studio, founded in 2014 as a research hub of GaS Studio, with the aim of integrating architecture, product design, branding, and communication into innovative, multidisciplinary projects. The team is led by Giacomo Sicuro (CEO), alongside Niccolò Fracchiolla (graphic designer) and Andrea Belotti (product designer and digital strategist).
OIL Design Lab adopts a design approach that goes beyond aesthetics, viewing it as a powerful tool for transformation. The studio’s philosophy is based on understanding clients’ unique challenges and exploring innovative solutions that redefine perspectives. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, actively engaging clients to ensure their insights inform the creative process. By combining functionality and creativity, OIL Design Lab develops designs that enhance usability and inspire new ideas and approaches.
