In the countryside of Offanengo, near Cremona, an architecture emerges that impresses with its expressive power and design coherence: a black polyhedron with oblique lines and sharp edges, integrated into the landscape as a sculptural presence, evoking the primordial force of nature. This is the headquarters of Chromavis, a leading company in cosmetics production, a complex of over 45,000 sqm where architecture, interior design, and landscape interact continuously. Within this visionary project, Estel was chosen as a strategic partner for the furnishing of executive, operational, and representative spaces. The contribution included the design and creation of custom desks, seating, upholstered furniture, and meeting tables, highlighted by the large lacquered sculptural table in the Hubble room, conceived as a true design installation. Estel interpreted the spirit of the project with elegant, flexible solutions consistent with the strong architectural identity of the building, enhancing the sophisticated minimalism required by the concept through the use of selected materials and custom finishes.

The project is distinguished by the continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, highlighted by the presence of greenery, integrated into every space and visible from ever-changing perspectives. The corridors unfold along perspective axes marked by LED light beams that connect the productive areas with administrative and executive spaces. The spaces are structured through a sequence of functions, including meeting rooms, an auditorium, relaxation areas, a company restaurant, and creative studios. Minimalist design is expressed through high-quality materials such as smoked ebony, walnut, back-lacquered glass, and black granite, paired with gold leaf details and reflective surfaces that mirror the external landscape.

Breaking the severity of the architectural lines, colorful pop furniture, tropical plants, and home-like lounges create more intimate and informal spaces. For more private meetings, some small rooms overlook internal water features through large glass panels, illuminated by skylights that enhance the dramatic effect.
