The project represents a new vision of the office space: no longer just a place to work, but an environment designed to stimulate productivity, collaboration, and well-being. The tower, with its 24 floors, houses offices, executive areas, collaborative spaces, and representative environments, shaping a flexible and sustainable hub that embodies the principles of the Next Way of Working (NWOW). Ergonomics, technology, and a focus on the quality of the work experience are the cornerstones of this new model.

In this context, Estel played a central role, overseeing the design and supply of custom-made furniture. The project required a combination of production precision, organizational skills, and innovative solutions to meet the complex demands of a project of this scale.

The numbers speak for themselves: over 2,100 workstations designed to accommodate more than 3,200 professionals, with a significant portion – around 25% – equipped with height adjustment to ensure maximum ergonomic comfort. In addition, there are 140 meeting rooms and a large 150-seat conference hall, supporting collaboration and teamwork.

The selected furniture solutions range from the modular P045 workstations, ideal for operational areas, to the Altagamma desks, designed for executive spaces, maintaining a constant balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Among the distinctive features of the project are Estel’s “60-90” partition walls, offering high acoustic performance of up to 48 decibels, enhanced with curved glass and oak veneer profiles. Collaborative areas are also present, with private clusters equipped with sound-absorbing glass walls, modular benches, and ergonomic furniture, designed to facilitate meetings and moments of interaction.

The fit-out is completed by the Baobab community tables with integrated technology, striking design elements equipped with LED lighting and immediate connectivity, alongside Fix Vela partitioning bookshelves and Libra storage units, designed to provide flexibility and organization in every environment.

From the start of construction in January 2023 to the final delivery in October of the same year, Estel managed every phase with efficiency and care, demonstrating the ability to handle a complex project with excellent results.
