The new REVO Insurance offices, designed by COIMA Image within the iconic Monterosa 91 complex, represent a contemporary, fluid, and interconnected work environment, where comfort, natural light, and well-being guide every design choice.

The space unfolds as a large open-plan area, where operational zones, representative environments, and informal areas integrate harmoniously. The interior architecture reflects the signature of the original design by Renzo Piano, with extensive use of glass walls to promote transparency and the flow of natural light. The larger meeting rooms overlook the façade, while the central areas are organized around free-standing volumes that allow light to pass through the spaces, helping to create a dynamic and open atmosphere.
Along the central corridor, 14 Collaborative modules are located, offering livable and comfortable spaces thanks to the alternation of glass walls and sound-absorbing textile panels.

The 250 workstations, divided between benches and Asterisco Up desks, are complemented by More tables in both private and shared offices, with Easy-B operational chairs ensuring ergonomics and everyday practicality. The project places great emphasis on employee well-being, thanks to attention to acoustics and the integration of natural elements. The storage units with planters, for example, bring greenery into the operational areas, reinforcing the biophilic component and contributing to a healthier and more welcoming work environment.

The lounge and relaxation areas, furnished with Shell Lounge armchairs and Embrasse sofas, provide informal spaces for breaks or quick meetings, while the work café – located near the entrance and designed as an open meeting point throughout the day – was custom-designed and complemented with Shell stools, creating a warm and informal atmosphere.
