For L’Oréal’s new headquarters, Lombardini22 designed environments where design and functionality merge to create comfort, familiarity, and connection. Estel supported the design team in the creation of the furniture, contributing solutions designed to support the dynamics of contemporary work.

The layout promotes fluidity of spaces and interaction between people, thanks to the use of warm materials, soft colors, and furniture that adapts to the morphology of each area. A colour palette in shades of pink, green, and blue defines the identity of the environments, applied consistently across the sound-absorbing panels and over 1,000 custom lockers, finished with super matt lacquer to ensure fidelity to the artistic direction’s colour vision. The super matt finish, produced in-house by Estel, provides a velvety, fingerprint-resistant texture. The lockers are equipped with advanced technology for badge access and reservation systems, seamlessly combining aesthetics and innovation.

The meeting rooms are furnished with P045 tables in various geometries, introducing variety and dynamism while ensuring connectivity through careful cable management.

Among the most distinctive elements of the project are the organic tables: shared surfaces with round or hexagonal shapes that break the regular rhythm of six-person benches, introducing variety and visual fluidity. Designed to accommodate up to eight people, they support both collaborative and individual work, offering maximum flexibility of use. At the center, they host plant elements, integrating the principles of biophilia and helping to create a more relaxing and natural environment.

At the heart of the operational areas, the storage elements serve a dual purpose: they provide space for filing while also acting as supports for incorporating greenery. Strategically placed among the workstations, they help define pathways, improve acoustics, and introduce a natural presence that brings balance and visual well-being to the work environment.

The workstations include sit-stand Evo HP tables for 30% of the configurations, while the rest use the P045 system, reflecting the client’s attention to detail. Solid wood legs, 45° edge treatment, and rounded corners: every element is coordinated for a coherent and refined aesthetic. The desktops were customized to integrate monitor arms, thanks to close collaboration between the Estel team and the client’s IT department.

Finally, the CEO’s office is furnished with a P016 meeting table: an oval tabletop in corda color and legs in extruded aluminum painted in purple. A strikingly distinctive piece that combines elegance and tactile comfort thanks to the super matt finish.
