The new SIT headquarters is much more than a building: it is the result of an ambitious vision that combines urban regeneration and contemporary architecture. Designed by the international firm Giuseppe Tortato Architetti, this project is a prime example of how design, innovation, and spatial quality can work together to create a cutting-edge work environment that fully reflects the company’s values.

In this context, Estel Group played a central role, overseeing the design and realization of the interiors. Our work covered the main areas of the building, carefully interpreting both functional and aesthetic requirements, in full synergy with the architectural concept.
The entrance welcomes visitors with a custom element designed by Tortato Studio: a counter with full-height bookshelves. The shades of blue and ottanio chosen for this space introduce the color palette that characterizes the entire project.
The partition walls, custom-made with heights of up to 4 meters, fit harmoniously within the building’s large volumes. Their transparency ensures visual continuity between spaces and enhances natural light.

The workstations are equipped with height-adjustable desks, designed to ensure comfort and ergonomics, promoting well-being and productivity.
Strategically located throughout the building, the lounge areas provide a relaxing atmosphere thanks to the same color palette used in the rest of the project. A space that encourages well-being even during breaks.

The meeting room is centered around a custom table, featuring high-quality finishes and integrated technology within its structure. The space is designed to provide a contemporary and refined working experience.
